How does the Menace jig differ from other jigs?
Our handmade jigs are carefully designed so that most bites are noticeable through the rod, rather than the slack line (or lift) bite.
What fish does the Menace jig catch?
The Menace jig is best for catching burbot, whitefish, walleye, and lake trout, but the jig can be used for catching many others not listed here.
How are our jigs made?
All our jigs are handmade in small batches by our team in Canada. We hand pour our lures to ensure you get a fully-formed, solid lead lure. All our lures come with a chemically-sharpened Gamakatsu™ hook (unlike other lures with easily bendable hooks).
After the pouring process, each lure is painted by hand using our set of unique designs. No lure looks exactly the same.
Where do our hooks come from?
All our jigs are made with premium Gamakatsu™ hooks.
